Requirements

Member of, elected by and reports to the board of Trustees
Term of office: Two years; renewable for two consecutive terms with the approval of the majority vote of the board
Volunteer member of the organization
Attends all meetings of the Board of Trustees and other meetings as required in accordance with the organization’s bylaws and mission
Serve on a committee or chair a committee

Board service includes an expectation of monthly meetings, give-get expectation, average of 4 service hours/per week to support board initiatives, board recruitment, fundraising
